Lance has been a peer group facilitator for ten years in the automotive and heavy construction equipment rental industries. Highly entrepreneurial, Lance has bought and sold several businesses and currently owns and operates an $8MM business with over 60 employees on the island of Oahu, Hawaii.

In addition to facilitating groups, Lance has provided his members with great advice and consultation. Lance resides in Honolulu, HI with his wife.
