John Stride

John Stride is a Facilitator at PEG for a group of construction equipment dealership/rental owners and senior executives. He served in a variety of leadership roles in the U.S, Navy, industrial distributor Grainger, G&K Services (now part of Cintas), and Leppo Group, from which he retired as CEO at the end of 2022 after 16 years with the company.

John holds a BSEE from the U.S. Naval Academy and a Master of Engineering Management degree from Northwestern University. He is an executive coach and a Vistage Chair. He resides with his wife in a suburb of Chicago.
